For recording, importing audio, meeting bots, transcripts, summaries, speakers, sharing, export, subscriptions, or account questions, visit the MeetingMark Help Center.
For technical help, email support@lucentixlabs.com. To share product feedback, email feedback@lucentixlabs.com. When reporting a MeetingMark bug, include the version information shown in the app’s Settings screen, your device, OS version, and the steps that led to the issue.

Billing and purchases
App Store and Google Play purchases, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through the storefront where you made the purchase. For product-specific guidance, start with the app’s Help page or email support.
Privacy, deletion, and legal requests
For a website privacy request, legal notice, or question about these policies, email legal@lucentixlabs.com. For MeetingMark meeting or account information, review the MeetingMark Privacy Policy. To permanently delete a MeetingMark account and associated data, use the in-app Delete Account flow; the MeetingMark deletion instructions show where to find it.
