Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lucentix Labs website, communications, mobile applications, and services provided by Lucentix Labs LLC (“Lucentix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope and product-specific terms

These are Lucentix Labs’ general studio terms. A product may also provide product-specific terms, privacy information, or in-app controls. Where a product-specific policy addresses the same subject, it applies to that product as stated there. For MeetingMark, see the MeetingMark Terms and MeetingMark Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website and apps. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of the account holder responsible for the phone bill, to enroll in our SMS program. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Do not interfere with our services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer or resell them except where law permits, or use them in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3. MeetingMark recording and meeting content

MeetingMark may help you record, import, transcribe, summarize, translate, or share meeting content. Recording and notice laws, workplace policies, and contractual obligations vary by location and meeting. You are responsible for determining whether you may use these features and for giving notice or obtaining consent when required. Do not use MeetingMark to secretly record, process, or share a meeting in violation of law, policy, or another person’s rights.

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, translations, and action items can be useful starting points, but may contain errors. Review important information before relying on it, sharing it, or acting on it.

4. App stores and third-party services

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the terms and policies of those storefronts. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the applicable storefront’s rules. Features that connect with calendars, meeting platforms, or other third-party services are also subject to those services’ terms and availability.

5. Intellectual property and your content

Lucentix Labs and its licensors own the software, branding, site content, and designs used in our services. You retain rights in content you submit or create, subject to the permissions needed for us and our service providers to operate the feature you requested.

6. Text message (SMS) program terms

These terms apply specifically to the Lucentix Labs SMS marketing and notification program.

Program description and opt-in

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational messages about product news, major feature releases, new app announcements, and optional offers. You may opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on lucentixlabs.com. The checkbox is not pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using any Lucentix Labs app or service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Lucentix Labs does not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier’s standard rates apply.

STOP and HELP

To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. To get SMS help, reply HELP or email support@lucentixlabs.com. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Our products are productivity tools, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucentix Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue arising from use of our services.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above when we do, and will provide additional notice where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
