Lucentix Labs LLC (“Lucentix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through lucentixlabs.com, our studio communications, and our SMS program.

1. Product-specific privacy information

This policy does not replace product-specific privacy information. MeetingMark processes account and meeting content through its own service and is governed by the MeetingMark Privacy Policy. For MeetingMark account deletion, use the in-app Delete Account flow; the deletion instructions show where to find it. Where a product-specific policy addresses the same subject, it applies to that product as stated there.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• SMS sign-up: first name, email address, and mobile number.
• Support, feedback, and legal requests: the contents of your message and the contact details you provide.

SMS consent records

When you opt in to text messages, we retain a record of the consent needed to show it was given. This may include the date and time of the submission, the form and consent language shown, the mobile number submitted, and technical information associated with the request.

Information collected automatically

Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP address and browser information for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

• To deliver the SMS updates you asked to receive and maintain your consent record.
• To respond to support, feedback, privacy, and legal requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and communications.
• To comply with law and protect against spam, fraud, or abuse.

4. Text messages and mobile numbers

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We use your mobile number to deliver the messages you opted in to receive. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. Reply HELP for SMS assistance or email support@lucentixlabs.com. See our SMS Terms for details.

5. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate our website and communications, including with service providers that perform work for us, such as:

• Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security;
• Formspree for processing website form submissions and consent records;
• an SMS delivery provider for transmitting messages you requested; and
• our business email provider for correspondence.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep SMS subscription information while you remain subscribed. After an opt-out, we retain the minimum information reasonably necessary to honor that request, maintain a consent record, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations. We keep support and other communications for as long as reasonably needed for the request and our legitimate business or legal needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or method of storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

• Text messages: reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email legal@lucentixlabs.com.
• MeetingMark information: use the product’s in-app controls, including its Delete Account flow, or the contact route in its privacy policy.

We may take reasonable steps to verify a privacy request before acting on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

8. Children and changes

Our website and SMS program are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, email legal@lucentixlabs.com. We may update this policy from time to time and will update the date above when we do.
