The store displays your local price, billing period, and applicable tax information before you confirm a purchase. Downloading the app does not require choosing Pro.

Before your next meeting
Is there a free plan?
Yes. MeetingMark is free to download, and Pro is optional. The new Free plan includes 60 minutes each week for in-app recording, transcripts, and summaries. It arrives with the next app update; until then, check the allowance shown in your app. Unused weekly minutes do not roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play account where you subscribed. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the paid billing period. Refund requests are handled by the store, subject to its policies. See plans and billing details.
Is my meeting data private?
MeetingMark uses cloud processing for transcription and AI features; it is not an offline-only recorder. Before recording or inviting a bot, get permission from the people in the meeting and follow your workplace’s rules. Read the MeetingMark Privacy Policy for data handling, service providers, and deletion information.
Does it work with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?
Yes. With Pro, send a bot to a supported meeting using its meeting link. The host may need to admit it. You can also record in-person meetings directly in the app. Bot access depends on the meeting’s settings; it is not a way to bypass a host’s restrictions.
